Resumes
One of the consequences of my search, is that I have discovered that it is very, very difficult to develop a single resume which will catch the eye of the prospective employer – especially when your career spans two decades, a myriad of technologies, several major industries and a plethora of situations in which you played a wide variety of roles.
There is, simply just way too much information, and for any particular submission – much of it irrelevant!
Ideally, I like to produce an individual resume for each position for which I am being submitted or considered, but this is often a tall order, as individuals at different points in the process are looking for different things. This is, one reason, I have built this web site.
Regardless, if I am contacted with respect to a specific opportunity, I will make an effort to do develop a “customized” document, for submission. Eventually, I hope to put all of the pertinent information, simply on-line – and within a searchable context.
In lieu of that, for now, I have provided two resumes, and two cover letters, as well as a list of professional references which can easily be downloaded from this site. The resumes are available in Microsoft Word (.DOC) , as well as Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) formats. The cover letters and references are available only in Adobe Acrobat.
